How quickly will my hosting be activated?
Once your payment is verified, your cPanel account is provisioned within 24 hours. If WHM auto-provisioning is enabled, it may be near-instant after admin approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI/QR code payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) and direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Simply upload your payment screenshot after paying.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or the support ticket system. We'll adjust your plan and prorate any difference in price.
Do you offer free SSL certificates?
Absolutely. Every hosting plan includes free SSL certificates via AutoSSL. Your sites will have HTTPS enabled automatically from day one.
What happens when my hosting expires?
You'll receive email and dashboard notifications 7 days and 3 days before expiry. After expiry, your service is automatically suspended by our system, but your data is retained for 15 days, giving you time to renew. Renewing reactivates your cPanel account automatically.
Can I host multiple websites?
Yes. With cPanel, you can host multiple addon domains and subdomains. The number depends on your plan as Elite supports up to 10, Ultimate is unlimited.
What is your uptime guarantee?
We guarantee 99.9% uptime backed by redundant cloud infrastructure, CloudLinux OS, and 24/7 monitoring. In the unlikely event of downtime, contact support for a credit.
Is free website migration included?
Yes. We offer free website migration for all new customers. Submit a support ticket with your current host's cPanel credentials and we'll handle the move for you.
