TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: 15/October/2024
Welcome to HostingBunker, where your web presence finds a secure home! Using our services, you're committing to a few essential guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for all users. If you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to support you.
1. Agreement to Terms
When you sign up with HostingBunker, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms occasionally, so check in now and then to stay informed.
2. Our Services
HostingBunker offers shared web hosting services to power your site. We don’t currently offer domain registration or VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting, so if you need a domain, you’ll need to handle registration separately.
3. Your Account with Us
To keep your account secure and functional, please:
- Be at least 13 years old.
- Provide accurate, current information during sign-up.
- Keep your login details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Using Our Services Responsibly
To maintain a reliable hosting environment, we ask that you:
- Use hosting only for website files, not as general file storage.
- Avoid hosting illegal content or copyrighted material without permission.
- Refrain from activities like spam or malware distribution, and avoid disrupting other users.
5. About Unlimited Plans
Our “unlimited” plans give you ample space for growth. Since resources are shared with others, there are reasonable limits. For most sites, this won’t be an issue. If your usage significantly affects others, we may need to adjust your plan. Just ask if you have questions!
6. Payments and Billing
- Please pay invoices on time to avoid interruptions.
- If payment is overdue, your service may be paused until payment is made.
- Payments are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Although rare, we may suspend or close accounts if:
- The terms here aren’t followed.
- Payments are significantly overdue.
- Legal requirements necessitate it.
8. Backing Up Your Data
While we work to protect your data, we suggest keeping your own backup, just in case. This ensures you always have a copy of your essential files.
9. Limitation of Liability
HostingBunker is not liable for any losses or damages related to:
- Service interruptions or downtime.
- Unauthorized access to your data.
- Other issues tied to our services.
10. Changes to Our Services
HostingBunker may adjust services over time. We’ll do our best to inform you of major updates to prevent surprises.
